HRCE has implemented a new Safe Arrival system!

Please view the attached document on how to report an absence.

• Parents now have three convenient ways to report a student absence in advance.

• All three methods are available 24/7. Absences can be reported at any time before the start of school on the day the student will be absent. 

• Families can record up to five consecutive absent days in a row - Any longer consecutive absent days requires families to contact the school.

• Families can enter a Full Day Absence or Multiple Day Absence for the type of absence and must choose Absent With Notification as their reason.

• If the student will only miss part of the day or will be late, the family will record a Full Day Absence and the absence will be adjusted by the main office when the student arrives to school.
