Late Registration is August 25.

The office will be open to parents/guardians between 9am-12pm and 1pm-4pm.

To ensure the process is completed quickly and accurately, here is what we will need:

1- A completed HRCE 2021/22 registration form. Families arriving with incomplete forms will be asked to fill out at home and return at a later time

2- Proof of home address (A recently dated official government or utility document with your current address that includes your name and date. Examples are utility bills, tax receipt or mortgage contracts.)

3- Proof of medical insurance (MSI Health Card or Insurance Papers)

4- Proof of Identity (Birth certificate or Passport)

If your child is a non-resident, immigrant or refugee; further documentation related to your status must also be provided, such as:
Immigration Documents
Permanent Residence Card
Immigration Landing Document
Work or Student Visa

If you are applying as an out of area student, you will still need to register at your home school. An Out of Area request will then need to be made directly with St. Agnes administration starting August 25, 2021.
