Good evening St. Agnes Junior High School families,

Parent/Teacher interviews will be held virtually or by telephone on the afternoon of Thursday, December 3, 2020. The interviews will take place between 1-3 pm and from 4-6  pm as all staff will need to leave the school building at that time to allow for the additional cleaning our school undergoes each evening with our present public health protocols. 

To book an appointment we are using an online scheduling tool located at: www.PTCFast.com to make signing up for appointment times as convenient as possible. Please enter the following link into your browser window:

Upon following the link above, select the teacher that you wish to meet with and complete the form provided. You will then receive an emailed link that you will use to register for meeting times. Once you have registered for a meeting, you will be able to go back and select another teacher to schedule a meeting with.

When you are selecting your time, please complete the special request form to indicate if you would prefer a google meet video chat or a phone call.

If you are unable to access internet, please contact our school at (902) 493-5132 to arrange a meeting time. If all time slots are full, please contact the specific teacher to arrange a time.  Our instrumental band and strings teachers will also be reaching out to plan times they will be able to discuss your child’s progress.

Report cards for Term 1 will be distributed electronically beginning December 1 2020. This will be sent via e-mail to both students through their GNSPES account and parents/guardians.
