Curriculum Night 2020-21

On behalf of our teachers and support staff I would like to take the opportunity to thank you for using this resource to learn more about what your student’s teachers will be covering as we move through the school year. School routines will be different this year with our shared health being our shared responsibility. Though our preference would be to hold an "in-person" event, we have opted to collate what our teachers will be working on electronically, along with brief introductory vignettes to adhere to our COVID-19 safety precautions and public health directives within the back to school plan for the 2020-21 school year through the Nova Scotia Department of Education and Early Childhood Development.

In addition to information shared through your child's teacher, we will also share what is happening at our school widely through our school website, our school’s twitter account: @sajhnews and through e-mails and telephone messages generated through our student information system. Information relevant to our broader region regarding back to school can be obtained through the Halifax Regional Centre for Education.

The links embedded under the teacher's name will launch a brief introductory vignette, while the course listed links to the course outline for the teacher. It is our hope that you will find this resource user friendly
